The Dubai Mall has undergone a massive expansion to cater for its 100 million annual visitors, the construction area of the expansion is approximately 275,308 sqm and extends the existing Fashion Avenue into one of the largest fashion retail areas in the world.

Jewel of the Creek is a 1 million sqm mixed use development in the Port Saeed area of Deira occupying a strategic location at the north shore of Dubai Creek. The project incorporates mix of residential, commercial, hospitality and recreational use and will transform this location to a vibrant urban centre and the prominent landmark in the heart of Dubai.

Located at the heart of the world famous Palm Jumeirah, Nakheel Mall is inspired by luxury and set to become Dubai’s most premium lifestyle shopping, dining and entertainment destination. 4.5 million sq. ft. retail, dining and entertainment destination Nakheel malls flat slabs and column-free spaces are supported on existing piles, requiring close coordination with geotechnical consultants. There are three underground parking levels, with 4,000 spaces where Jet fans manufactured by ELTA Fans are installed.

Dubai Tram is the first tramway project outside Europe to be powered by ground-based electric supply system. Its each station and depot is equipped with explosion proof ATEX certified supplied by ELTA Fans.

The project's scope of work involves the extension of sports club. The project includes renovation and additions to the existing Al Nasr Club to increase the existing capacity, with associated facilities and provide a comfortable viewing environment and facilities. The stadium will be equipped to the International tournament standard.

The project's scope of work consist of a 52-storey mixed use tower located at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. This project involves a five-star hotel (The St. Regis Dubai – The Palm) and a residential complex.

The project's scope of work consist of a catering facility located at Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai South, Dubai.Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is the largest flight catering kitchen in the world. Bifurcated kitchen extract fans designed and manufactured by ELTA Fans were installed to reduce humidity levels and improve air quality.

The project's scope of work consist of a 15-storey hotel tower located at Deira City Center, Dubai. The project includes an outdoor rooftop cinema. Due to its compact location, the requirement to offer low noise and sized heavy duty smoke extract fans for car park land basement levels were offered by ELTA Fans.

The project constitutes solar power plant including 25,000 solar panels on its car park and roofs, which will produce 10 million units of electrical energy in a year. The result means an Offset of 5.3 million kg of CO2 every year. Equivalent to offsetting the annual CO2 emissions of 1600 passenger vehicles. The Facility would also be having its very own Club House built on a 500 sqm site and a Parcour Driving Experience Track. The Car parks in this Facility have been designed to suit electric car charging stations using the Porsche e-mobility concept, one of the first of its kind in the UAE. The system will provide electric energy to the facility, protection of vehicles from extreme weather as well as charging stations for hybrid and electric versions of Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen models. The design of the power plant is done considering local weather conditions with the emphasis on optimizing energy production, available space and ease of cleaning.

The project's scope of work consists of a mall & hotel in Motor City, Dubai. The First Avenue Mall will consist of 70 retail outlets and 15 dining facilities built on 43,000 square meters of land and underground car park with 400 spaces.

The project's scope of work consist of a 4-storey art center located at Al Jaddaf, Dubai. The Jameel Art Centre (JAC) in Dubai will be a leading institution for contemporary art and will be the home for the Jameel Art Collection and the Jameel Prize. The center is intended to become a creative hub promoting entrepreneurship and emerging artists from the Middle East, North Africa and the rest of the world. The center includes more than 1200 square meters of dedicated gallery space, a 300 square meters the open-access research center, flexible studio and events spaces, a cafe and bookshop.

The project's scope of work consists of 198 residential buildings located at Dubailand, Dubai. The project will be arranged into 6 clusters, each with two sectors, and will range from 6 to 8 floors.

The Beach presents architecture that is both playful and contemporary, drawing influences from the local culture whilst responding to the distinctive beachfront location. Responding to the existing urban language the buildings will cascade towards the beachfront creating shade and relief along the extent of the promenade. Punctuated by the 'Jewel' icon building, each of the plazas will vary in aesthic providing unique and distinct zones which are surrounded by calming water features. The project's scope of work consist of a mixed-use development located at Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai. Formed around a pedestrian esplanade that meanders between four distinct plazas and stretching from the existing Sheraton hotel right down to the Hilton Hotel, THE BEACH will include a dynamic mix of top brands and attractions offering everything from casual eating, signature fine dining, luxury retail.

Located in the world famous Yas island and adjacent to the Ferrari world and Yas marina formula 1 cicuit, The project consist of a shopping mall shops, restaurants, cinemas and leisure centres. Its breathtaking interiors include the largest naturally lit central gathering space in any mall in the Middle East whilst its exterior is beautifully crafted to look like a glistening beacon in the city.

Capital Gate, also known as the Leaning Tower of Abu Dhabi, is a skyscraper in Abu Dhabi. It's over 160 meters tall, 35 stories high, with over 16,000 square meters of usable office space, Capital Gate is one of the tallest buildings in the city. It is designed to incline 18° west. In June 2010, Guinness World Records certified Capital Gate tower as the world's "Farthest man-made leaning building". The new record shows that the Capital Gate tower has been built to lean 18° west, which is more than four times that of the Leaning Tower of Suurhusen. The gravitational pressure caused by the 18° incline is countered by a technique called pre-cambered core, using a core of concrete reinforced with steel, with the core deliberately built slightly off-center. It is also anchored to the ground by 490 piles which are drilled 20–30 meters underground.

The project's scope of work involves the expansion of the existing retail mall located at at Al Jimi District, Al Ain. The expansion includes an additional of 33,000 square metres (sq. m.) of gross leasable area (GLA), increasing the total leased area to 76,000 sq. m. of retail space.

The project's scope of work consists of a mixed-use waterfront development located at Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. The development includes construction of 11 precincts that include hotels, marinas, parks, restaurants as well as leisure facilities. The development will be home to a host of hotels, beaches, marinas, and hi-end retail and commercial complexes. The project also boasts world-class education and health care services.
